Form fields not showing on Wordpress site in mobile

SOLVE

I have a form in two places on my website (homepage as well as a Subscribe page). When you view those two pages on mobile, the form fields are not showing. If you click on Exit Mobile View, they will show up. I tried the solution suggested in a similar question back in October, but it did not work. There was a second suggestion, but I am not a coder and was unsure where I needed to enter the code in the post. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I tried contacting support, but the person they connected me with was a marketing person at Hubspot and was not a technical expert. Thanks!

I tested your pages on an Android phone and noticed it is loading in AMP version of the page. This simplifies the code and is different than the desktop experience.

I personally would turn off AMP. Yes it helps load pages faster but also can break stuff. I personally favor responsive design and making it fast for both. The best way to do this is to try and limit the number of images or videos you have on a page.

Here is how you disable AMP - https://knowledge.hubspot.com/blog/use-accelerated-mobile-pages-in-your-blog

Hi, Jennifer. Yes, I followed the instructions to add the shortcode to the site. I did just try to remove and re-add the short code and that did not work. Here are the two sites where this is occuring:

https://hijinxmarketing.com/subscribe/

https://hijinxmarketing.com/

When I am in the form builder and preview it in mobile view, the form fields appear. It is only when you actually try to view the pages on an actual mobile device that the fields are not showing up. I use Chrome on an Android device and one my friends who has an iPhone has tried. And neither one of them work. Thank you.

Thank you so much for sharing the examples that this is happening on. I would like to tag in our experts in on this @tjoyce , @Jake_Lett, and @AdamLPW. Would you be able to share some advice on how  @indyandi forms can appear within mobile?

Hi @indyandi

Thank you so much for reaching out to us!

I understand that you are not seeing your forms when you view the two pages on a mobile device unless you click the exit mobile view. Can you confirm you've followed these steps to add the HubSpot form?

I was able to find a related post within the Community that explained that it seems there was some problem with the Wordpress plugin for displaying shortcodes. They've deleted the block and added it again and now it was resolved (on both landing pages).

Also, do you mind providing us with a link to both of the web pages you are referring to? This will allow the Community to take a closer look at what is happening in real-time.

Best,
@JenWeiss
