Currenlty on the free tier, as I design the website. Will switch to starter once I'm ready to launch it.
I've designed a form and added it to the site. Unfortunately, no matter what I do, I cannot get the background of the form to be anything but blue. I'd like it to be white, or perhaps a different light color. How can I fix this?
Thanks for clarifying @IHTT , and I'm sorry I didn't think of the subscription limitation before asking - I answer a lot of these types of questions and don't always connect the dots on what's available for the tier you have (it's a lot to keep track of).
I've used Growth quite a bit and know it's not coded in, it's likely you have a color set somewhere that's causing the issue.
These are the default form colors for Growth:
If you changed your Secondary color in Theme Settings to blue, that's why the form background is blue:
The default that pulls in to theme settings is based on the colors in your brand kit, if you have blue in your brand kit as the second color, it would change the default value in theme settings even if you didn't edit it:
I added a few colors to my brand kit to verify:
and my form automatically changed to light blue:
So you can either reorder the colors in your brand kit (not easy) or you can edit theme settings to adjust the secondary color so it works better with the theme:
You can choose any page to preview your changes from theme settings, that way you can see what the downstream effects are for your change:
let me know if you have further questions, I'm happy to help get the colors sorted.

Hi @IHTT, happy to help with your question about the form background.
To start, the link you shared requires login access to your HubSpot account (any pages built on hubspotpagebuilder.com domain are private access) so I can't access it.
It sounds like you're using a theme that has preset style definitions.
Can you share what theme you're building your website with?
I can take a look at the theme settings/code to determine what is setting the form style and provide further guidance on how to update.
If it is hard-coded in the theme, the only fix will require a paid plan to be able to overwrite the code (unless you created a child theme before starting to build your website).

I’m using Growth (it’s the only one usable on this tier).
It would be interesting if it’s hard-coded in that theme — saying forms are included in the free tier but making them realistically unusable on websites on that tier would be very disingenuous.
