Featured Images are Low Quality When Shared on Social Media
SOLVE
I frequently share blog articles on social media and use the featured image set on the HubSpot blog. However, the image is always blurry/low quality on Facebook even though it is the recommended size (1200x630px) that Facebook suggests. Is there a certain size that I should be uploading into HubSpot to fix this? On my desktop, the image is high res and appears this way in my file library in HubSpot, so I don't know how to resize it to maintain that crisp quality.
I've got a solution for the problem you're encountering.
Instead of posting with the URL preview, remove the URL preview and manually upload the featured image in the "image section." This will ensure that the image you have uploaded is displayed on the social media platforms.
Please let me know if this method resolves your issue.

Featured Images are Low Quality When Shared on Social Media

Hi, thank you for your fast response. I have done that previously, and it does work. However, we noticed that when we post the static image with the link only in the social message, compared to posting the URL preview where the featured image becomes clickable, the number of clicks to our link was way lower. I was hoping there was another way around it than manually uploading a static image to the posts.
