Feature for loading a Section/row/column HTML by XHR request

Regarding Hubspot's Prerendering feature, we can aware that there are some variables and functions that can not make the page full-prerendering, only partial-prerendering. As the document said the performance is still good when the response is sent from Hubspot's server instead of Cloudflare. However, as I tested the performance result in GT Metrix, there are some locations that return pretty bad scores such as Australia, Mexico (E,F)

The page with the full-prerendering return a much better score (B,C)

As a result of this, the development team must find a way to work around this issue. We use another temporary middle page to hold the dynamic block and call it through XHR request. Then the page can be full-prerendering on Cloudflare. 

So, It would be great if Hubspot can build a function for this. The performance of the dynamic page would be better.
