Experiencing Weird Redirects in HubSpot?

SOLVE

Has anyone else noticed strange redirects in HubSpot? To clarify, this issue isn't within my own portal but occurs directly within HubSpot. When I click on a HubSpot page, feature, or community post, I’m unexpectedly redirected to their homepage with a UTM string attached. Is this happening to anyone else? I haven't seen any discussions about it, but it's really frustrating!

This is super strange @inboxhannah, at first I thought you were clicking on external HubSpot content (like here in the community or knowledge base) and being redirected to their website, but it sounds like you're clicking actions in your account and it's taking you out of the portal to their website.

When you submit a ticket to support, I would include a recording of the action your taking, what link you're clicking, etc. so it's clear what steps they need to take to recreate the issue.

This happens for me as well - anybody else still having issues? This primarily happens when I middle click to open a link in a new tab. It will open the link in a new tab like normal, then open an additional tab that redirects to the home page.

@jvr24 is this still happening? Can you capture a screenrecording that shows the behavior and share the URL you're trying to access and where it's redirecting?

Could you provide more details? Can you give an example of a page where this happening? Which utm parameters are being attached exactly?

@karstenkoehler I was navigating my HubSpot portal, clicking around in Contacts. Sometimes I click on Settings, Workflows, or Lists, and I keep getting redirected.

I initially thought this was a common issue for all users, but it seems like it might be specific to my account. Maybe it's time to reach out to HubSpot support directly.
