Error 404

Hello,

My 'About' section in English is showing a '404 error,' and I can't figure out how to fix it. The Portuguese version is working perfectly, and I haven't noticed any differences between the two."

I already tried everything here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/website-pages/troubleshoot-content-issues?

As well as my language settings...

Any hint on this?

To fix a 404 error for the About section in English while the Portuguese version works,

Have you already troubleshoot the following content issues mentioned in this article here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/website-pages/troubleshoot-content-issues  

Verify Content Publication: 

Ensure that the English version of the About section is published in HubSpot.

Check URL Match:

Confirm that the URL entered in the browser for the English section matches exactly the URL set in HubSpot.Investigate 

URL Parameters:

Remove any URL parameters and see if the error persists. 

Review URL Redirects:

Check for any broken URL redirects that might be using the English URL as the Original URL.

Network and DNS Issues:Ensure there are no network issues and verify with your DNS provider that there are no problems affecting the URL

If the issue continues, consider reaching out to HubSpot Support for further assistance.

Hi @PFernandesDeC, I'm checking your website and I see the About page has a different URL than the one you are trying to access. 

In your screenshot, the URL is: https://capitufilms.com/about 
But when I go to your website and click the About link, it takes me to https://capitufilms.com/abouths_previewopwicpeo-107390434546 

I would suggest you to check the page Settings to make sure the page URL is correct 🙂

Yes, you'll notice that my page works as well since I changed my URL after posting my question.

I'd appreciate if someone could help me fix my "about" page / URL though.
