Domain won’t connect

SOLVE

Hi all - I was instructed to write a post here for the experts. My domain won't connect and I'm getting an error that it was added by another hubspot user. I have deleted the account it was previously added to and I am still getting that area

  2. Correct Domain: Confirm you're typing the right address (like www.example.com). It's like making sure you have the correct street name.

  3. Browser Refresh: Click refresh in your browser. It's like trying to open the door again; sometimes, it just needs another attempt.

  4. Try Another Device: If possible, check on another device. It's like asking a friend if they can reach the place; this helps see if it's a device-specific issue.

  5. Contact Website Support: If nothing works, contact the website's support. It's like calling for help; they might know if there's an issue on their end.

SOLVE

Thanks I can comfirm I did all of those - website support helped me delete the other account and confirm the domain is no longer there. My only thought is that the information is still saved on the hubspot servers so even though I "deleted my account" it's not really deleted and that perhaps why I can't add the domain here. Website support sent me to post here
