I purchased the website via godaddy and decided to build my website out on hubspot so I could later more easily intergate all the marketing, biz dev, sales, invoicing, etc capabilities...
However, I've run into an issue. My website is not propogating across the web. I updated the DNS per hubspot and it has almost been 48hr and this is all I get when typinging my web address.
Heritageprecisionsharpening.com
Further, hubspot is stating everything is all good.
Also validated with godaddy, there are no issues on their side.
Here is what hubspot requested for DNS entry
Here is what was entered on godaddy
Requested by hubspot
Entered on Godaddy
I do not understand the issue. I tried to call hubspot support, but was told "community" is where I had to go to solve my issue.
@TLeal - I looked at the setup you documented (thank you for all the detail) for a while before I spotted a difference between your approach and how I have previously undertaken this configuration. My suggestion:
- In your primary domain setup, use the subdomain www for pages, blog , etc.
- Define the CNAME for www to suit this in GoDaddy DNS
- In your Redirected domains, set the top level domain to point to the www subdomain.
- Match this with the A record in the DNS settings
@SteveHTM Maybe you can help? My domain has disconnected and now it won´t reconnect?
It gives me error that my DNS record is wrong and that i need to change it in Godaddy, Hower it is not wrong. I have copied it in several time (waited 48 h on 3 seperat occations) and tried to reconnect.
It still gives me an error that the DNS records are not fond. I have tried manuall connection and Automaically connection. Even had the support on Godaddy to add the values in my DNS records. But nothing is working. Both Hubspot support and Godaddy is blaming each other... I need help to understand what is wrong!

@SteveHTM 100% honesty, I do not understand how to implement what you suggested below. Do you offer a service to help me fix the issue for a fee? If so, i could use the help.
@TLeal - I'm not looking for any payment here. Honestly, I don't think there is much of a gap between what you already documented and what will get you online.
If you would like to try a screen share, there is a booking link in my footer below.
Hi @TLeal! Welcome to the Community-- happy to have you here 😊
Is this domain also hosted on GoDaddy? You will only be able to host the domain on either HubSpot OR GoDaddy, but not both at the same time. If it is not also hosted on GoDaddy, then let us know and maybe some of our subject matter experts can provide some advice!
