Hi guys, I'm trying to redirect a subdomain to my HubSpot website, the subdomain is elireyesbroker.work.gp and I'm getting this error that says Current data - Record not found. Can you help me out please. I'm attaching some pictures.
Hey @EReyes4 I'm just checking through your domains it looks like both subdomains you've mentioned "elireyesbroker.work.gp" and "www.elireyesbroker.work.gp" don't have any DNS or CNAME records published:
It's saying "no valid nameservers" which basically means the domain isn't going to have anything telling it what to do. There's a good few things happening here from what I can see.
You need to contact your DNS provider/registrar/whoever you purchased "elireyesbroker.work.gp" from and let them know that their nameservers need to be updated. If work.gp isn't a valid domain then the subdomain of that elireyesbroker.work.gp can never be a valid domain.
Once that has been resolved, you need to enter the DNS admin section where you have "work.gp" registered and point your CNAME to your HubSpot address. The CNAME/Subdomain would be "elireyesbroker" with "work.gp" being the root domain.
From your screenshot it looks like you may be trying to point multiple domains to HubSpot, which is what is likely what is causing confusion. If you don't currently have control over the "work.gp" domain then you'll need to reach out to whoever does have control over this, as without resolving these issues no system could connect to your domain.

Thank you man, I appreciate it. I had DNS Dynamic, does that affect? I just turned it off. It's ironic, but, I studied System engeneering 6 years ago, and by that time all of this was peace of cake Lol. I just didn't do it anymore.
@EReyes4 is you're trying to redirect a subdomain, you might need to do that through your hosting provider rather then HubSpot. If you log into your provider (namecheap, GoDaddy, etc) their support should be able to help you. There's also some articles on the process here. https://hostadvice.com/blog/domains/how-redirect-subdomain/
It looks like you also have a www in the record on your DNS. If the previously mentioned is your subdomain, you would want to add that without the www as an additional subdomain.

I think you should just add the CNAME records at the highest level you can vs adding them as a subdomain. Or if this is your only option can you put @ in the field since it cannot be blank?
