Creating new subdomain

SOLVE

Hello, I want to clone a landing page (info.colliersdenver.com/en-us/skiminar2023), but put the new page on the subdomain skiminar.colliersdenver.com. I don't know how to do this.

Creating new subdomain

Hi @JThrun

Looks like someone had a go at adding skiminar.colliersdenver.com and didn't complete the changes in your domain.

You will need to log into your domain provider (my guess is Network Solutions). Then you need  to add the CNAME to your Domain.

If it sounds like I'm talking a foreign language then it's best to get someone geeky to make the changes.

Creating new subdomain

SOLVE

Hi @JThrun

You can set up an additional Secondary Domain in HubSpot to host your Landing Page.

Go to Settings (cog top right) > Websites (Menu bottom left) > Domains & URLs (sub menu) .

The click Connect a domian (orange button) and choose Secondary Domain, then Landing Page and follow the bouncing ball.

When you clone (or create) a Landing Page you can change the domain.

Have fun

Mike

Creating new subdomain

SOLVE

Hi Mike, thanks for your reply.

I followed your directions and received the error that "skiminar" already exists. I found in HubSpot a page telling me there are DNS errors (see screenshot). But at the top left it says "Connect a primary domain." So I'm a bit confused:

Do I need to register a subdomain with my domain provider?

Does this page (screenshot) say I'm trying to create a subdomain, or did we do something wrong originally and are in the process of doing something other than creating a subdomain?

Thank you so much for your help!
