Creating a form for our website

Résolue

I would like to create a form with an invitation and register possibility for an information session our company is hosting. Within this form I need 2 register options, for 2 dates. I am struggling how to best create this form, and make sure people will get a follow up e-mail after they registered, tailored to the date they choose for the information session. I only need first name, last name, e-mail, company name and then a multiple choice field where they can choose between 2 dates in the form, and the e-mail afterwards.

Hey @LLampe if you're on professional you can easily do this through a workflow. So for the steps:

1. Create a custom property with a dropdown type for your dates.

2. Add this custom property to your form.

3. Create a workflow that triggers on your form submission.

4. Add a branch into your workflow that branches contacts into different sections depending on which date they picked.

5. Set a workflow action on each branch to send a marketing email

This would allow you to send two different emails depending on which date the visitor submit on their form.
