Copyright Strike on HubSpot Image.

Hi,

As a preface to my question below, I need to clarify that we were a HubSpot professional customer, but are not anymore.

When we were, we used HubSpot images from their library for our blog posts.

However, we've been hit with a copright strike (via PicRights) for an image used from this library. We need a valid license to prove that this image was acquired lawfully at the time. The whole situation has caught us off guard.

How can I best get this license from HubSpot, or who's the best person to talk to?

I'm trying to contact our old account manager, but any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi @MThomas4 ,

When you say "we used HubSpot images from their library", do you mean "Stock images"? ("Use stock images in your HubSpot content") If you are referring to other feature, could you specify the name and/or link to a knowledge base article so that I can take a further look?
