Convertkit Form on Hubspot

Hi, I use a convertkit form on HUbspot, including a GDPR popup for EU-based subscribers. Unfortunately, the GDPR popup does not work correctly. I'm only getting a black screen. The form is on this page https://www.sniukas.com/the-better-strategy-os
