I have 2 websites set up and I have the live chat featured on both. I created 2 separate inboxes. One for site A and one for site B. The problem is that the site A live chat appears on the site B site. How do I fix this?
Since the tracking code will be the same for chat, you will need to edit the targeting rules in each of the chatflows under conversations. After specifying what website pages you would like to target that specific chat you this behavior should be corrected.
