Hi, We're creating a basic chatbot for our website that will use quick replies and allow open responses. Is there a way to set up the open responses to be applied for the entire chatbot? Like a global setting?
For example, anytime someone types in text containing the words "cash out" I'd like it go to a specific response, but not only on the first question - at any point or anytime they type this in. Is this an option?
As I currently understand, I would have to go through every single prompted question and add if/then branches - is this correct?? It sounds like that would be a ton of work for let's say 40+ triggering words/phrases for every single question box and then for every if/then branch option... Perhaps I'm missing something here on setting this up??
I believe there's no "global setting" to respond a specific text anytime during someone is on the chatbot. @Anonymous do you have any advice/alternative to achieve @socialRCH1 's goal?
