Can't publish landingpages or blog

Hi,

I am on a free Hubspot, trying to publish a landingpage or blog. Neither works. When trying to publish a landingpage I get the error message "There was a problem publish your page. Please try again.". I have refreshed, opend in incognito window, logged in with different user and used another browser. Always the same problem.

 

When trying to publish a blog i get the error message "Unable to create a new blog. There was an error creating your blog."

 

I have spoken to the support, but they couldn't help me. Anyone here who knows what I should do?

Hi @ASjöberg,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and sharing the troubleshooting steps you've taken so far. 

There are a couple of things we can check: 

  •  When using HubSpot's free tools, your account includes a HubSpot-branded domain that's ready for publishing, but if you wish to publish content on your own domain, please connect your domain first in your account settings by following this instruction
  • When you're creating a blog, please make sure to configure the blog in your account settings first: Website > Blog (instructions here) before you create a blog post under Marketing > Website > Blog.  
  • If you're not able to access the website & blog settings, please make sure that you have the correct user permissions in your account (super admin or user with permission to edit website settings).

Can't publish landingpages or blog

Hi, 

 

We have encountered the same issue as the @ASjöberg . We want to stay on the free plan with the default Hubspot domain and branding. But we cannot publish any landing pages in Safari or Chrome Incognito. Different team members have tried it in different locations and different time over a period of three days, but the same error messages came up. We have also tried to publish a dummy template from HubSpot, but we cannot publish it either. We've checked the Account Setting. Everything seems fine. 

 

HubSpot advicer has asked us to publish this issue here for help.
