Reading about this issue in several topics. I can't get the homepage to work, it is displaying the error message A page already exists at www . eqp . nl

Tried clearing the cache, checked redirects, unpublish-publish trick. No result 😞

Can't publish homepage

Possible reasons for this message are, for example
- Domain not correctly connected to HubSpot (DNS entries incorrect or incomplete)
- SSL certificate not set up correctly
- Page not published correctly in HubSpot or duplicate page configuration
- An outdated entry (e.g. in the recycle bin) is blocking the domain mapping

I would recommend that you first check the domain settings and DNS entries in HubSpot, make sure that the SSL is active and that there is no duplicate page for www.eqp.nl. If this is all correct, it is best to contact HubSpot support to resolve any cache or system conflicts.

Are you hosting your website on HubSpot or do you have another host? Please make sure that there are not multiple entries for the subdomain "www."

Can't publish homepage

Hi @ioscar,

Try to update the homepage's slug, save/publish, remove it, and re-publish.

It should help to clear HubSpot's cache.

Best regards,

Can't publish homepage

Thank you for your responses, @CoJoNF and @GiantFocal.

I followed all your suggestions, but unfortunately, nothing seems to work. While in the Settings > Domains & URLs > Sitemap, I discovered a blog listing with the / slug. This listing is not visible on the blog pages, and I can't find a way to remove it. I even tried creating a new blog listing (which suddenly became visible at www.eqp.nl ), then removed it, but it’s still showing online and in the Sitemap. It doesn’t appear anywhere on the blog pages ‌⁉️

I reached out to support, but since I’m still on the HubSpot Free account, I don't have access to email or chat support. I’m considering upgrading to a paid version, but I’d like to test this issue first. I've only created one page, and it’s still not working properly.

Small update:

- I updated the Blog slug to domain/blog

- I can now successfully delete the blog

- Updated the webpage slug to /

- Initially, I encountered an error, but after retrying a few minutes later, everything works perfectly! 😍

Thank you for your response. DNS seems ok cause other pages are accessible.

I’ll check all the items you mentioned. Thanks again for your help.
