Bulk replace 301 URL's

Is there any way in Hubspot to replace a certain content in all the blogs. 
I have a blog URL structure as blog.com/post1 and I would like to go for a new URL structure which is blog.com/topic/post1. 

I'm looking for some way to replace all the existing links within my blogs to the new URL without 301. A lot of 301 redirects is not a good sign for SEO.

The above article explains about how to configure 301 redirects for my blog. But I'm looking for some solution which will actually replace the links within my existing blog articles to the new links without a 301 redirect. As I mentioned in my questions I have 250 blog articles on my website and I don't like having 250 URL's having 301's.

Hi @ARM,

Even if you change the URLs, you're still going to want to keep the 301 redirects. From an SEO perspective, I would never recommend changing that many URLs without the proper redirect set up.
