Blog images not rendering on mobile

Hi everyone,

We seem to have only one blog image that doesn't render properly on mobile (the second time this has happened), does anyone else have this issue and perhaps know how to fix it?

Attached is a screenshot.

Hi @Emma-Jane,

Sometimes the file size can play a role here. If you accidentally uploaded a large uncompressed image file of 10-20 MB, you wouldn't necessarily have noticed on a desktop PC. On a mobile device/connection, it might take considerably longer to load this large image, making it seem like it's not displaying at all. Could you double-check?

Cheers!

Hi @karstenkoehler

Thanks, the image was compressed and is 83.1kb. I don't think it's too large to render on mobile.

Yeah, then that's definitely not it, @Emma-Jane@Josh, any idea what could cause this?

@Emma-Jane,

Would you mind sending me a link. It will be difficult to diagnose from a screenshot. I'd like to take a look at the CSS.

Thanks!

Josh

PS: Thanks for the ping, @karstenkoehler

Hi @Josh,

Sorry for my delay in reply. We seemed to have come right with the image, we had our dev take a look at it late on Friday.

Thanks again,

Hi @Emma-Jane ,

By just looking at the image, it would be difficult to access the error. It would be great if you can share the link.

Thanks!
