We have a potential scenario where we'd like to have visitors submit content on a form and then have it placed into moderation. From there it would be reviewed by an approver and upon submission will post the collected content into a page with other submissions. This page would then continue to grow in size with all of the compiled submissions.
Is such a process supported in Hubspot today? If so how would I go about it?

Short A: Yes.
Longer A:
Nothing you've said is cause to deviate from HubSpot's built-in blog comment submission and moderation process. What you've described is precisely what this process is designed to do -- with one point of clarafication -- collected comments will appear as 'comments' on the blog post (not the same thing as a 'page' per se). Naturally, you're designer can customize the look and feel of the blog posts to accommodate your use case.
