I am looking for some inspiration and insights from anyone who leverages HubSpot from an agency type role.
I manage a program with 60 participating accounts. We sell digital and print marketing assets as a part of this program as bespoke campaigns to these accounts.
I am looking to manage the scheduling, allocation, and execution of these assets from within HubSpot. Essentially the following objectives I'd like to resolve in HubSpot:
A calendar to reserve dates for emails for clients. We send this to our database of subscribers on their behalf.
Asset management (ie. quantities available, remaining and sold/scheduled)
Asset attribution: Tying specific assests to campaigns and accounts.
I'd also consider this: Managing content for your clients should be done from their own HubSpot account. HubSpot isn't made for an agency to manage client content. If you don't already know, each HubSpot portal has its own tracking code, which helps with CRM data, conversion analytics, and other analysis data & reporting. So I'd make sure I'm thinking about that as well, just as an FYI.
Did my answer help? Please "mark as a solution" to help others find answers. Plus I really appreciate it!

Thank you for this, I think it shows that it can be done. Essentially though I need to attribute the emails to an account and reserve dates, even if they don't have an email yet. Same goes for other content like digital ads, print ads, and case studies. I would need to manage the assets, the schedule, and the availability.
Hey @SHabermehl1, thank you for posting in our Community!
You can use HubSpot’s Marketing Calendar to plan and schedule your email campaigns. You can create a shared calendar for your team to reserve dates for client emails. This ensures everyone is aware of the email schedule and avoids conflicts, Also tasks and reminders to set up tasks and reminders in HubSpot to keep track of important dates and deadlines related to each client’s campaigns.
