UPDATE: I believe I found the settings for the banner dimensions at Design Manager/css/components/banner.css. Will review and possibly modify, then update this post with a potential success story.
No, unfortunately, it's one size fits all from Hubspot. One of our software engineers and I discussed the possibility of modifying the code. I believe the padding determines the size of the popup (i.e. less padding creates a smaller popup window).
I appreciate your reply, but the article that you referenced does not appear to address how to modify the DIMENSIONS of the cookie banner. As originally requested, the footprint of the cookie banner is rather large in relation to the text and we'd like to modify the overall size and or the padding to make the banner less intrusive on the page.
