Adding "Was this article helpful? [Yes] [No]" buttons on website

I was reviewing hubspot's "how to make a good knowledge base article" and it said to add a Was this article helpful? [Yes] [No] on your page.

How do I do this using hubspot? Do they offer a tool for this?
