Add blog tags to blog sidebar

Hello, 

I've just tidied up the tags for our blog posts and now we'd really like to add a module in the sidebar that allows readers to find the tagged posts more easily. I know you can add a feed for a tag, but what I'm looking for is more a list of clickable tags in the sidebar. Does this exist or is there a workaround?
