A queuing system for content/pages changes controlled by an admin.

It would be efficient to have a centralized queuing system for the unpublished edits on CMS pages.
The admin will be able to see: who changed what? what was the old content and what will be the new one?

HubSpot CMS Enterprise comes with activity logging. This combined with granular permissions could potentially meet your needs.
