A page already exists at URL - can't publish home page!

Posting in the hope somebody can help me!
I'm on the free subsciption, and I've created a home page and services page. I have no other landing pages or blog pages, or anything else. Just 2 web pages.
To start with, I was struggling to remove the 'en-gb' suffix from my URL slug, but found that by changing the language in the page settings, I was able to do so.
However, this created a new issue! Now, the system says that the URL is already in use. When I follow that URL (www.franchise-hq.com), a template blog page shows. It has my header and footer on, so I know it's definitely hosted in Hubspot.
I cannot find this page ANYWHERE to delete it. It isn't in my content area (i.e. Blog, Landing Pages, Website Pages). The Hubspot chat guys are unable to help, as they're just sales and I don't get tech support with the free plan.
