I'm hoping to get some help here. I seem to be expereinceing a 404 error on the home page of my website. All other pages work fine. This was a new development as my site has been active for months. I previsouly cleared my cache and it worked fine but seems to be popping up again. help!
Thank you for flagging @AGTM-Consulti, I'm sorry you're experiencing this and hope to get your website live again. As I mentioned, I have an open support ticket with HubSpot and they're actively working to identify the issue and find a permanent fix.
As a temporary solution, you can unpublish the affected page, then publish the page again to reset the cache on the server and allow the page to be live again.
This is impacting users differently, I've added your website to the support ticket - while I know it's not ideal to have your page down, if you can wait to implement the temporary solution it will give their engineers a better opportunity to identify the root cause.

Hi Jennifer, I'm also currently facing this error 404 issue that you've mentioned that it seems to be affecting quite a number of accounts. I have tried the solution you suggested to unpublish and publish the page again. After I did this step, the page will come back, but only stayed for 1 minute or so, and then becomes error 404 again after that. Is there anything that I can do? My domain is mightyfulfilment.com
Appreciate any other solutions that I can do now to get the page back up.
Ok @MEnterprise then the only option will be to see if the @CommunityTeam can follow up on my original ticket (I no longer have access to the account where I submitted). Per HubSpot support, a fix was applied for this bug and I haven't seen any new instances until now, so I'm not sure what's going on.

@Jnix284 Thank you very much for your reply. I understand that being a free acount user the support is limited, but as this is a bug issue, is there anyone that we can forward the complain to? Many effort have been spent to try to make the site go up, and after it's up, now it's down again. It is really a shame to have gone through all this.
you're welcome @MEnterprise, I already tagged the community team - they should be able to get you the help you need, it's a small team though and a big community so I'm not sure how quickly they'll be able to follow up.
p.s. I'm able to view your website just fine - you might want to try incognito or clear your cache to be sure the issue is still there.

Thank you very much for your help @Jnix284 for tagging the community team and I trust they acted quickly as the site is fine for now. I'm not sure if it will go off again if I try to update the content, which I'm worried and dare not do anything yet.

Hi @Tideas with it being the weekend after HubSpot's Global Week of Rest, I didn't get confirmation from support until Thursday and the developers were investigating the issue as of Friday - I don't expect to have an update until Monday for what the ETA is.
If you can add your website URL here, I can include it in my ticket with support - the more examples they have of acounts actively experiencing the issue, the easier it will be to track down the cause and get a solution in place.

Hi @Gaurav_Aggarwal looping you in on an issue regarding 404 errors that is impacting many HubSpot accounts - this is happening despite everything being properly configured and the website page is already live. I have an open ticket with support and the developers are working to find a fix for this issue.

Hi @SBounceZone This has popped up a few times over the last week in the community and I've opened a ticket with HubSpot's support - their developers are looking into it. If you have a paid account and can submit a ticket, you can reference ticket #15668088 so the rep knows it's related to the same issue.
As a temporary solution, the only thing I've found to work is to unpublish your home page and then publish again - this has worked for everyone so far, some have had to do this multiple times while others only once.
Please keep me posted if this happens again and I can add your website to the list on the ticket I have open.
