404 Error on a page

SOLVE

Hello all,

I found one page showing a 404 error.

It was working fine just a few weeks ago, and there haven't been any changes to the page since October because it's not frequently used.

I tried to track down why the error is occurring:

(1) Original landing page URL: https://www.domain.co.kr/investment/ir_notice

(2) Actual landing page URL: https://www.domain.co.kr/investment/ir-notice/16

So I checked the redirection list in Settings > Domain & URLs > URL Redirects. I found that a redirection was registered not with the original URL (1), but with the following:

Original URL: http://www.domain.co.kr/investment/ir_notice/uid1 Redirect to: https://www.domain.co.kr/investment/ir-notice/16

When I deleted this redirect, I got a "Load cannot follow more than 20 redirections" message, and I couldn't access the page.

Has anyone had a similar experience or can offer advice on how to solve this problem?

@YCho4 I'm sorry about that, I clicked the links by default without reading what the domain was 🤦🏼‍♀️

Thank you for the screenshots - as a next step, I would export your redirects from HubSpot and sort them, then search for the URL in question to see if you have multiple redirects or a chain of redirects.

This will cause the page not to load because it has to go from the URL for page A to B to C to D, etc. and the browser thinks there is something wrong.

Hi @YCho4 I'm not seeing a 404 error for any of those pages, I'm seeing a Cloudflare (server) error:

If this isn't what you're seeing, could you please share a screenshot?

Thanks for checking!
My company doesn't want this error to be publicly known, so I made up the "domain.co.kr/" part. I've added a capture of the actual error screen.

The below image is a screenshot for 404 error

(1) Original landing page URL: https://www.domain.co.kr/investment/ir_notice

(2) Actual landing page URL: https://www.domain.co.kr/investment/ir-notice/16404error_250123.png
