Line item tax Beta

I'm super excited for the line item tax settings since I can finally use hubspot invoices. However, the tax setting is not showing up for me in the product library when adding a product. I can select the tax rate when creating a new line item while creating an invoice, but these items are not saved to my product library. If it is possible to add the tax setting option when creating a product in the product library, that would be fantastic. If it is already possible and I am just missing it, please let me know, thanks!
