Pulling this question from the webinar: 

For the Microsoft Teams integration beta I remember that for the Teams webinar functionality there wan't integration with hubspost forms so you couldn't use a hubspot form on a hubspot landing page for attendees to register for teams webinars. Has this been resolved or are you still limited to having to use Microsoft's form?

Answer:

This limitation still exists, but not for long! Next quarter, the product team will roll out a workflow action that will alow customers to automatically enroll HS contacts to MS Teams webinars. After, they also plant o release the ability to embed MS Teams webinar registration into a HS form. More to come in Q4!

I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this, but here goes! 

 

We recently migrated our CX team to Help Desk from Zendesk and we've been running into quite a few QoL issues. I'd like to know what the roadmap is to address these. Examples would be:

  • Default workflow not opening old, closed tickets based on unconnected email threads.
  • Better visual cues for ticket status, priority, etc. 
  • Splitting/merging tickets more easily.
  • Better customisation of the Knowledge Base pages (on par with Website).
