Are there plans for the recurring revenue tracking capabilites to be improved? Our close date is not the same as the contract start date, which renders the current revenue tracking obsolete.
This has been requested since 2020 and such a basic request for saas businesses; or am I missing something?
You are not missing anything, we fully agree that our recurring revenue tracking capabilities currently leave a LOT to be desired...
Of course, I can't make any promises, but know that our product team is actively looking into improving these capabilities right now. We are hoping to relaunch them sometime later this year.

What's the timetable for providing support for Facebook Reels? Specifically the ability to measure campaign performance and attribute sales to certain posts. I'm not here to troll anybody, but it's a serious miss to not have that functionality given the platform's size and direct influence on commercial strategy for businesses like ours. What should my expectations be for a change there? Thanks.

Hi @GVoit ! Super interesting question. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like this might be a question for our Marketing Hub team?
If so, our new General Manager for Marketing Hub is actually hosting an AMA in the community at this very moment! I would highly encourage you to share your message with her in that thread!
While this Spring Spotlight didn't focus heavily on admin-specific updates, there are a few things you'll find useful:
We've added the ability to configure Leads and Deals tabs in the Sales Workspace. This gives you more control over what your teams see, so you can customize the experience based on their role or needs.
Advanced Sequence Permissions have been improved, giving you more granular control over who can access and use different sales sequences.
For your role specifically, I'd highlight these additional updates:
Data quality improvements that help maintain clean records as your team grows
View Workflow Analytics in Real Time to see exactly how your automation is performing
Control Record Merging Options to better manage duplicates and preserve your most valuable data

Hi there,
Thanks for hosting this AMA! I eager to learn more about the Live Call Pilot Q&A: Could you elaborate a bit more on how the Q&A feature actually works during a live call from the user's perspective? And secondly, I'm curious about how this Q&A functionality integrates with other Sales Hub tools, like contact records or deal records.

Thanks for the question. Users can invoke the feature by clicking the copilot button in the call remote while on an inbound call. Copilot will have context on the ongoing conversation, allowing users to gain insight, and automate workflows in realtime.
example prompts include:
"what products or services is the caller interested in"
"draft detailed notes based on this call"
"draft a follow-up email based on this call"
(please note: currently only available for inbound calls, outbound support is coming soon).

Hi! We have an assistant on the team who joins meetings and then provides salespeople and customer success managers with AI-powered feedback from a business perspective. It also delivers a summary and key insights from the meeting, and automatically creates tasks. I saw there's a beta version of something similar. What other similar new features will there be from HubSpot? Will it support any language? Can I join the beta version?
Great question! We've updated our AI Meeting Assistant with what we're calling HubSpot Meeting Notetaker which has similar to what you described. Here's what it can do now:
It prepares meeting summaries to help you get ready
It captures key points from your conversations
It can help write follow-up emails based on what was discussed
During calls, you can now ask it questions without disrupting your conversation
It identifies next steps and turns them into guided actions
For beta access - please look up "HubSpot Meeting Notetaker" in product updates in the app. You should able to enroll in the private beta from there.
For language support, I will refer to @MParham who should know more 🙂
Thank you for hosting this Sales Hub AMA. I'm new to HubSpot and would like to learn more about Sales Hub.
I'm curious to learn about the latest updates for the Sales Workspace and how it's different today versus a month ago. Would you be able to outline how this tool has changed and how it can help me scale my business?
We just updated the Sales Workspace last month with some practical improvements. I wrote a whole blog post about it, but here's the gist:
We added some new tabs: tasks and dashboards
We added Target Accounts alongside Leads in the prospecting tab. Target accounts had been in HubSpot for some time, but we included AI research: - it finds recent news and identifies potential buying roles automatically
There's a new daily digest email that tells you what needs your attention each morning
We also upgraded the meeting scheduling tools with AI-powered meeting follow-up and next steps on top of the already existing AI meeting prep functionalities.
One of our customers, SANDOW, saw real results after using these updates. They cut their sales cycle from 8 months to 3 months, and their team found it much easier to use than other CRMs they'd tried.
The whole point is to stop you from jumping between different tools and screens. Everything is in one place so you can focus on selling rather than admin work.
Let me know if you want me to explain any of these features in more detail!
