Thank you for your question, Leo!

Breeze Intelligence data enrichment for companies and contacts provides rich information like industry, web technologies, and address details, as well as useful contact-level data such as role and seniority. With this information, you can more accurately segment the audience most likely to respond to your outbound outreach. You can then personalize your messaging using these fields to craft highly targeted emails that drive better engagement. See the full list of data enrichment properties here:

A few more thoughts...

Outbound email outreach is most effective when it’s built on three things: relevance, precision, and timing. That’s exactly where Breeze Intelligence shines. It combines company and contact enrichment, smart properties (agentic enrichment), and buyer intent signals to help you not only find the right accounts but engage them in the right way at the right time.

Here’s how each layer of Breeze Intelligence supports your outbound motion:

1. Contact & Company Enrichment: Laying the Foundation
Effective outbound starts with knowing who you're reaching out to and why they matter. Breeze’s enrichment capabilities help you identify and validate the right accounts and contacts by filling in firmographic and demographic data.

  • For companies, enrichment fills in details like country, industry, and employee size.
  • For contacts, it enriches roles, locations, and other relevant attributes.
This ensures you're always aligning with your ideal customer profile (ICP) and crafting outreach that speaks directly to the right personas.

Bonus: Enriched data also powers personalization tokens—job titles, locations, or industries—used in email copy, making your outreach feel relevant and tailored rather than generic.

2. Smart Properties: Go Beyond Standard Data
Sometimes standard enrichment just isn’t enough. That’s where smart properties come in.

With smart properties, you can define and generate custom company-level properties that aren’t available in traditional enrichment datasets. For example, if you're targeting hospitals with more than 100 beds (a niche attribute), smart properties can dispatch an intelligent agent to scour the web, find that info, and populate it as a property.

This enables highly specific segmentation and targeting that aligns with your most nuanced ICP definitions—no more settling for “close enough.”

3. Buyer Intent: Strike While the Iron's Hot
Nothing beats timing in outbound. Breeze’s buyer intent tools help you prioritize outreach based on actual signals of interest:

  • Visitor intent tracks anonymous website activity to surface companies actively engaging with your high-intent pages.
  • Research intent pulls from an ecosystem of over 200,000 opt-in sites to identify what topics companies are currently exploring.
Whether you’re a company like Stripe looking for organizations researching fintech or billing platforms, or any B2B team trying to warm up their cold outreach, intent data helps you focus on prospects who are already in motion.

The Big Picture: Better Targeting + Smarter Personalization

Ultimately, Breeze Intelligence isn’t just about surfacing data—it’s about transforming outbound from a spray-and-pray effort into a highly strategic, insight-driven engine. By combining robust enrichment, tailored properties, and live intent signals, you're equipped to:

  • Identify and segment your top-fit accounts
  • Personalize messaging with relevant, dynamic data
  • Prioritize outreach based on buyer readiness
Outbound becomes less about cold emails and more about timely, relevant conversations. And that’s a game changer.

Hi!

1) What are the best practices for leveraging Breeze Intelligence to understand my customers better?
2) How is credit usage tracked and optimized? Are there any ways to avoid double-charging for updates or re-enrichments?
3) Do you have any case studies or examples of how Breeze Intelligence has helped customers grow?

Many thanks!

Hi MGoldsmith2, I answered your first question on this thread.

Regarding your question about credit usage. We'll never charge you twice within the same usage cycle when you enrich a company or contact record.

If you have the Continuous Enrichment setting enabled we'll keep any previously enriched records up to date as we have new data WITHOUT charging additional credits as long as your subscription remains active.

No specific case studies ready to share right now, but data enrichment is a very common need for companies interested in streamlining lead routing and scoring, driving better marketing segmentation and personalization.

Breeze Intelligence itself does not do deduplication work, but ensures that your data is up-to-date with the latest verified data. It works by combining data from a variety of sources, including publicly-available websites and third-party data providers:

. HubSpot's large language models (LLMs) and AI extract, normalize, and categorize this collected data to create up-to-date company and buyer profiles
. Human verification then ensures the accuracy of these AI models and continually improves them
. This comprehensive approach ensures that CRM records are enriched with key attributes for both contacts and companies.

Thanks.  I was thinking about things like fuzzy matching of names, domains, phone numbers and other properties to catch duplicates that would be missed by exact-match email or domain rules. Recognizing that “IBM” and “International Business Machines” are the same company even if the exact domain names saved in each company record are different. And prioritization of suspected duplicates so I can review the most likely dupes first.

With the new update, will I be able to use Co-Pilot to query user resources and documentation contained in my Company's HubSpot Knowledge Base?

Sure, great question. There are a couple of helpful ways to use Breeze Intelligence in this case.

First, you can enrich a list of customers you’ve closed in the past year with data like industry, web technologies, address information, and annual revenue. This makes it easier to spot patterns in who your best customers are and can guide how you target similar companies in your outbound or inbound campaigns.

You can also look at individual contacts who were influential in past deals. Breeze Intelligence can provide details like name, role, seniority, and location. This kind of contact-level data is useful for spotting trends in the types of people who tend to champion your product or service.

You can review all of the contact and company properties here.

Thank you for your question!

Buyer intent allows you to understand what pages on your site your customers are visiting (even if those visits are by employees that you don't have as contacts yet in HubSpot since identity resolution is IP-based), as well as what topics they're currently researching.

This means you can start to be proactive about your engagement based on their visit and research activity, with examples that include:

  • Looking at solutions listed on your site, which could represent expansion opportunities
  • Frequenting your pricing page, which could signals possible churn or upgrade intent
  • Visiting specific help docs, which could mean they require dedicated support
  • Researching topics tied to competitive solutions, which could represent either expansion or churn intent

And the best part is that with buyer intent, you can set up the filters, views, and automations required to have these processes automatically notify the right folks to take action when the time is right!
