Hi HubSpot Community,
My name is Anissa. I am a Product Marketing Manager here at HubSpot. At our Spring Spotlight, we introduced our reinvented Content Hub, a one-stop-shop for creating and managing content across the entire customer journey—helping you easily break into new formats and channels to share your story with the world.
Evolving CMS Hub to Content Hub means we're empowering marketers with content tools that go beyond the CMS tools you know and love. I’m sure you have questions about the newest features, how to create and manage personalized content, and ways to increase engagement.
Our AMA will be open for questions from Monday, May 13 to Friday, May 17. All questions will be answered by Friday, May 17th. Drop your questions regarding HubSpot’s new Content Hub in this thread and we'll answer them!
Not sure what to ask? Here are a few sample questions:
What is a content marketing solution?
What additional features come with upgrading to Content Hub?
How does Content Hub work with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Commerce Hub, and Operations Hub?
Look forward to chatting with you in the thread and hearing all of your questions!
There's currently a function to import blogs using the Smart Copy function. There's also a function to import website pages, but it currently doesn't import body copy. It would be amazing if we could migrate a WordPress (or alternative) website to HubSpot easily, even if it got most of the way there and then needed some additional finesse to wrap it up.
Do you see this as a potential feature of Content Hub in the future?
Thanks again!

Thanks for reaching out with this feedback. This is something on our radar, though we don't have any concrete dates or timelines at this moment. If you haven't already, I recommend posting this in the Ideas Forum as well.

We want the ability to run multiple websites through one instance of HubSpot which level of Content Hub do we need. Am I correct in assuming this functionality is only available with Enterprise level?

Hi @kvlschaefer , great question! Content Hub, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Commerce Hub, and Operations Hub are each part of our complete customer platform to help you grow better. When you use two or more products together, your data is automatically connected on the platform, enabling you to easily (and powerfully) track your entire customer journey from first website visit, to closed deal, to happy customer!

Hello! For AI audio generation, we automatically recognize the input language and generate the speech as accurately as possible in the input text’s language. Hungarian is one of the languages that exceeds the <50% word error rate (WER), which is an industry-standard benchmark for speech-to-text model accuracy. Have you tried using it in this language? If so, I’d love to know your feedback. We will also soon have more voice options as well!

Could you she some light as to what spurred the creation of Content Embed and what would be some best practices for using it?
I looked through the highlights on the Content Embed intro page and the only thing that stood out as something that can’t easily be done in WordPress is Smart Content.
It’s a cool feature, just would like to know mroe about the use cases and why not simply rebuild on HubSpot when a portal is already created 🙂

The advantages of using Content Embeds is that you get the editing experience of HubSpot, the AI text and image generation, personalization tokens, your file library, smart content and the ability to use the modules that were built on your HubSpot account, on your WordPress account.
Additionally you can treat this content like you would "Global content" on HubSpot, meaning you could surface this content in multiple places on your WordPress site and have just 1 place you need to maintain it. Adding to this, because you can have multiple WordPress sites signed into the same HubSpot account, you could share this content across multiple separate websites.
The folks who will likely see the most utility out of this feature are those that have a WordPress site that they use and are not ready to migrate the site to HubSpot.
For example maybe you use HubSpot for landing pages, but your site was originally built on HubSpot. Content Embeds are one way we're making it so that Content Hub is still valuable to you, even if your site isn't on HubSpot.
Content Embeds are currently loaded with JavaScript and the HTML is injected into the page itself. This has some advantages over iframes performance and accessibility wise. In the future other embed methods may be made available based on demand.

Not to mention, if these contetnt embeds are true embeds via iframe, the egregiously bad impact on Web Performance and accessibility. Just one more thing for devs to inform clients not to use /sigh

Hi! This is a question I've had for some time. Once the blogs are published, is there a way to download them in bulk, in PDF format (how you actually see the published blog)?

Hi @mguttelewitz - we don't currently support bulk exporting blog posts in a PDF format. However, you can export your blog posts in a CSV, XLS, XLSX, or HTML format.
This KB article has more information on exporting blog posts:
