re #1: We'd highly recommend downloading the report to see the specific ways Gartner thinks we stand out among the great options in the marketing automation platforms. But from my perspective, we believe Marketing Hub is uniquely crafted to help customers grow better through 1) A Single Source of Truth, which makes it easy to align 2) One Intuitive UX, which makes it easy to adopt 3) A Unified Codebase, which makes it easy to adapt And since Marketing Hub can be powered by any CRM, marketers can keep data at the center of everything they do. That means customers can: - Use data to segment and target your audiences flawlessly. - Leverage automation to nurture contacts and handoff warm leads. - Create consistent content without the help of a web developer. - Report on and optimize across all of your marketing channels and your CRM data. - Keep your messaging consistent across email, live chat, and more.
re #2: In our product development we don't focus deeply on the competition at a feature by feature level, but we do recommend you check out our public roadmap on hubspot.com/new to check out what our teams are actively in research or working on.
I'm personally very excited for the new Customer Journey Analytics feature that just started in beta. This new reporting will be unlocking insights that most marketers have only dreamed of having. You can learn more from the Product Updates when you're logged into a portal.

I can definitely understand that you don't focus on the competition feature by feature, there are a lot of updates in the roadmap that IMO will further distance HubSpot from the competion as the best marketing automation platform, I was just curious what you thought might be a key change.
I am also very excited for the Customer Journey Analytics, this was one of the most exciting things to see during INBOUND!

There are many updates on the roadmap that, in my opinion, will further set HubSpot apart from the competition as the best marketing automation platform, so I can certainly understand why you don't focus on the competition feature by feature. I was just curious as to what you thought might be a key change.
