What are the daily enrollment limits to ensure that your email domain doesn't get burned using the prospecting agent?
How is email deliverability being addressed when enabling prospectin agent to ensure that emails are actually landing in the inbox and not in spam?
What are the best practice recommendations in the way in which to create seamless activity between your Prospecting Agent and your BDR or SDR? What have you found are the right intent signals of a recipient that should trigger a lead?
With it living in a separarte workspace acting autonomosly of the Sales team would you recommend having the Prospecting Agent on it's own pipeline of activity so you can track the attempting, connected lead activities and measure success?
Will the prospecting agent activity have it's own reporting that can be added to Sales Team dashboarding?
We have seen a lot of innaccuracy in the reporting of the open and click rates of the email communications being sent out. Things like filters are marking emails as opened or clicked with little success in reply rate. How can we improve this?
It is known that including booking links in the first email outreach has a higher chance of the email landing in spam for initial outreach efforts. What is the best way for us to tailor this?
What is the recommendation on setting up multiple prospecting agents? What are the use cases? Does each prospecting agent need it's own inbox to do this?

Hi Noelle! Happy to see you in the AMA. Great in-depth questions.
We limit to 200 contact enrollments per day as a guardrail
Right now, we do a lot of optimization around send time as well leaning into some of the best practice Hubspot has learned from years of marketing email. More to come soon about how we'll help your outreach deliver more consistently and resonate better with your prospects soon 🙂
I'm all about intent and fit, so triggers like website visits and form fills are king. I've also seen our beta users succeed with using the agent in more of outbound motion to test new ICPs before investing in hiring human reps to work this
I'd say it depends on whether you're using the agent in autonomous mode or if you have reps approving the emails before send. For both, I like to use the analyze tab in the agent to evaluate agent performance. In autonomous mode specifically, a separate pipeline can be a solid way to measure and scale your agent
Definitely top of mind and something we want to bring to the agent
I want the team to dig into this. I'll reach out to you directly via email
I'd suggest including a meeting link cta in most of the emails you send with the agent
I would configure multiple selling profiles. Two use cases could be different products per selling profile or creating a selling profile for a particular ICP. In a multiple selling profile scenario, I'd also suggest modifying the selling profile to send from contact owner inbox

1. what would be the best practice in sending automated emails by product? separate prospecting agent profiles per product?
2. would it be possible to have translated email feature based on the lead location? example: latin america have spanish/portugese etc? or even a button to toggle on contact side on their preferred language
[AMA] Ask Us Anything about Prospecting Agent | May 12-16, 2025
1. Yes exactly, separate selling profiles per product. You could even go a level deeper and do selling profiles per product per buying group - ie. non-technical vs. technical buyers
2. Excited to say this is on our roadmap and we're hoping to deliver it soon
3. Right now, we currently support a fixed outreach cadence of 3 emails spaced out 2 business days apart. We are looking to make this more flexible in the not so distant future!
4. I'm a big fan of reply rate. The agent should be making it easier for your reps to generating highly relevant outreach and get replies.

Hi great questions!
1. In my opinion, it all starts with the selling selling profile. This helps align the agent with the messaging you want the agent to draft. This is crucial. The more information you provide to the selling profile, the more relevant the outreach will be that the agent crafts. Really try to give it all the info you would provide to a rep who was crafting these emails and then some!
Some other steps I like to check:
CTA - Make sure the call to action in the selling profile matches your strategy (driving to a mtg link, a form, etc).
Tone - Select a tone for the selling profile that matches your outreach strategy
Identity - Ensure that the agent is sending from the correct inbox
When enrolling to the agent (either via workflow or directly in the agent app or via the sales workspace) use this selling profile to ensure the agent's messaging aligns with your strategy.
If you're struggling with where to start, I'd suggest selecting a part of your outreach process you want to automate (ex. following up with prospects who submit a form) or experimenting with an outreach motion you'd like to be doing but don't have the resources for (ex. re-engagement with closed/lost deals).
2. For evaluation, I always say that reply rate is king and the true north star metric as you're calibrating your agent. Right now, our agent is capable of generating a reply rate approx = to a human SDR. If that's not your experience, there's probably some tweaking you can do at the selling profile level. And if not, we'd love to hear it so we can make the product better!

Hi there!
I am interested to know how customisable is Prospecting Agent and how does it make sense to get started with the tool? We are thinking of testing it in the beginning with 2 users to understand the value and later on rollout for the rest of the team, how long would the set up take (we will do it internally). Also how does the pricing work?

Hello! Thanks for your question. Here's a quick video walkthrough that shows you how easy it is to set up the Prospecting Agent. You can literally set it up in just a few minutes! You are able to customize selling profiles, tone of the email, who it's sent from, and the call to action.
If you are starting out with two users, I would recommend setting up two different selling profiles so that the agent's emails can come from those two different users.
The Prospecting Agent is currently in public beta and available to all Sales Pro and Enterprise accounts.
