Hi, we are working with agency clients. One contact is responsible for some customers. If we are logging a mailing, the email is saved to all customers of this contact person. How we can differentiate in a automatically loged mail the specific customer?
At this time, if you log an email on a contact record, it will also be pushed to any deals that are associated with that contact. There isn't currently a workaround available, however our product team is aware that not every email sent to a contact is always related to every deal associated with that contact. Because of this, they are trying to develop a solution that will allow more control over which emails show up on deals. I'm unable to provide a timeframe for when the product will be changed to allow for more customization, but hopefully it won't be too long!
