Contact Mails

SOLVE

Hi, we are working with agency clients. One contact is responsible for some customers. If we are logging a mailing, the email is saved to all customers of this contact person. How we can differentiate in a automatically loged mail the specific customer?

Thank you very much for clarifying.  

 

At this time, if you log an email on a contact record, it will also be pushed to any deals that are associated with that contact.  There isn't currently a workaround available, however our product team is aware that not every email sent to a contact is always related to every deal associated with that contact.  Because of this, they are trying to develop a solution that will allow more control over which emails show up on deals.  I'm unable to provide a timeframe for when the product will be changed to allow for more customization, but hopefully it won't be too long!

 Our client https://app.hubspot.com/sales/2865391/contact/1301/ is an agency contact and responsible for some clients. If we want to log the email communication we have a problem. Because the mailings are listet on all deals from the contact person.

Maybe the email is regarding to the mailadress. We have to deffirentiate the client communication because its deffirent deals.
