We recently change a user's email address to reflect his preferred name. How can I change the email address associated to a HubSpot user without losing all of his information in the system?
Users are unique by email address, so it is not currently possible to edit an existing user's email address. A new user must be added to your account to change an email address. You will also want to transfer any records they owned to the "new" user. You can fidn out how to make these changes and to transfer records here.
