Revenue Operations is a relatively new term that's popped up in the SaaS industry, both as a concept (the alignment of your existing Ops teams to focus on revenue KPIs) and as an orgization structure (a department headed up by a CRO that creates srtructural alignment in the company naturally around revenue KPIs).

 

Have you heard of the term 'revenue operations'? Are you practicing it in your company today, or do you plan to in the future?

HubSpot, along with our friends Go Nimbly and RevOps Squared, are doing some market research on this topic. We want to know how other companies and operators are thinking about alignment around revenue KPIs, organizational structure and why companies think RevOps is a game-changer for their business.
