Users can now add attachments in the comment section of the Inbox.Many users have requested the ability to add attachments to their comments to enrich internal team communications. Adding attachments to comments enables reps to ensure their teammates have all the relevant information, leading to faster resolution times and a better customer experience.
In the Inbox, click on the comment box. You'll see the paperclip icon.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
