What is the Customer Advisory Board (CAB)?

Our Customer Advisory Board connects HubSpot leadership directly to our most engaged customers. It enables us to learn from customer feedback and explore strategies to help us grow better. 

What to expect as a CAB member? 

• Quarterly review meetings to provide feedback, voice concerns, and make recommendations that influence the direction of the HubSpot product and strategy
• Early access to new features
• A chance to network, build connections and discuss topical issues with other Customer Advisory Board members
• The opportunity to establish strong relationships with our executive team
• Opportunities to participate and speak at internal and external HubSpot events.
