New Feature: Follow a thread

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share an exciting new Community feature that we've introduced! 

You can now follow conversations by clicking "follow" in the top right hand corner of a thread. This will ensure you receive updates (through email or in app depending on your preferences) for that conversation. 

Whether you want to learn more about a hot topic, you want to stay engaged with an ongoing conversation, or you just want to stay in the loop, the Follow setting will provide the insight you're looking for.
