We will be making a change that allows for more granularity in Conversation Source. This will allow customers to distinguish between Email, and forms, as they previously were coupled together. Source properties will now include Live Chat, FB Messenger, Forms (new), and Email. This is important for reporting, building more granular views, and workflows.
As part of this change, we wanted to make you aware that some of your workflows use email filter for conversation source. To keep your workflows from changing, please add form as a conversation source in addition to email. We will not send any data to this new property, while we allow folks to adjust their workflows accordingly.
