sync hubspot conversion events with facebook

hi everyone,

I followed the instructions of this page https://knowledge.hubspot.com/create-and-sync-ad-conversion-events-with-your-facebook-ads-account  to sycn the offline conversion with my facebook account, but when I go to the Events Manager in FB, I dont see the events there( like opportunity, customer, etc), I only see one event called Other. I dont understand why,  maybe I am not understading  correctly how this works. Can you please provide some help or explication?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

It is currently expected for HubSpot lifecycle stage conversation events to sync to Facebook under an event called "other" in FB Manager events. This is mentioned in our knowledge base guide here: 

Whenever the CRM lifecycle event that you created in HubSpot occurs, HubSpot will sync that data to the event set in Facebook. Within the Facebook event set, you'll see each HubSpot lifecycle event change appear as a Facebook event named Other.

Hi there, same situation for me here, can we not push the right lifecycle stage as a separate event, just like on Google Ads or LinkedIn?

I dont know if you already know this, but we used Zapier to connect/send our offline conversion to FB. https://community.zapier.com/how-do-i-3/how-can-i-add-more-than-one-stage-in-sales-process-22416 Maybe this link can help you if this is what you are looking for.
