When transferring from segment to matched audience (LinkedIn), HubSpot cannot find enough members.

I would like to create a LinkedIn audience in “Ads” based on segments (formerly lists) that I have created.

 

There are, for example, 400 accounts in a list. I know that at least 90% of these accounts can be found on LinkedIn, but sometimes the company pages have different spellings..

 

I thought it was weird, that HubSpot cannot automatically find a sufficient match.

 

So I manually researched the LinkedIn profiles of 400 companies and uploaded them as a CSV file directly to Linkedin as a matched audience.

-> worked well.

 

 

Why can't HubSpot sync them? The result is always “target group too small,” which is definitely not true.

 

Most of these are Indian accounts. Could that be the reason?

Try doing this match using Companies and another important company property: “Website.”

 

LinkedIn uses the Website or LinkedIn Page to match accounts and add them to your running ads audience.

Hi Bérangére,

 

I've "solved" it 🙂 I just did another transfer and waited for 48hours, after that, a higher number of contacts (seems right) is shown 🙂

Hi @LFrankl , are you using the domains as part of the sync? If you aren't, that can be the reason.

Hello, no as far as I know, I am not using them. I dont find any settings
or clickable links while creating the audience. Can you tell me, where I
find those settings? 🙂
