Trying to ad a pixel via Hubspot to a Hubspot site

 Hi - I'm trying to ad a pixel to our Hubspot site for Facebook and I'm getting a 'pixel id is null' error. Any tips on how to get round this. Google and LInkedin pixels got added with no problem. 

I'm an Admin on the Facebook account. 

Also - Is it possible to have a Business Ad account that multiple people access or is each ad assigned to an individual and you have to connect that across into Hubspot each time?

Hey @MMcGrory that is very strange behaviour. The social tools are a paid feature though so I'd definitely recomend reaching out to HubSpot support, they would be able to help you troubleshoot this further and get the issue resolved if it is an issue within the HubSpot tool!
