I'm unable to connect my Google Ad account because of the following message: "Unusual behavior has been noticed on your account. Access to some features across the platform will stay blocked. This is a final decision that can't be appealed." I asked support about this and they said "Our automated systems have determined this HubSpot portal is not eligible for [email sending access, calling access or both]. This decision cannot be appealed further." I'm not sure what any of this means, and would like to get some clarity. I'm on the free version of Hubspot at the moment, but I'm looking to upgrade to Suite Starter as soon as my account is finished and set up properly. If I upgrade to a paid plan, will I be able to review this decision?
Before seeing this message, did you submit a form to verify your account's data (as mentioned in this help article)?
If yes, that means that a member of our Trust & Safety team was unable to verify certain information and approve your account for certain features. We may verify publicly verifiable information about your account, such as an established web or social media presence. If any of this information appears questionable or cannot be easily verified, some tools in your account may be suspended. As mentioned in the banner in your account, this decision cannot be appealed, but you can still use the rest of your account features.
An upgrade would give you access to support and you would be able to get more information about your account status, but an upgrade doesn't guarantee that the tools will be unlocked.
This is a little frustrating because I followed your wizard/tutorial and this lead me to an automatic review which disabled tools without any recourse. I understand that I'm not currently paying and Hubspot doesn't want to put effort/money into supporting free accounts and I understand also that the process is automated for these reasons. But I'm a little confused on why I should continue using and pay for an upgraded Hubspot account in this situation. If there's no guarantee that you're going to release these tools after I upgrade and contact support, why would I use Hubspot? I'd be paying for a package that contains tools that you're not ever going to let me use.
Hey there, I am having the same issue. What did you end up doing? I have only sent one email and it was a test email. The next email was a real one to which immediately got reviewed for some reason.
