I'd like to seek the community's advice on a situation. I've set up a LinkedIn promoted content ad, and LinkedIn has automatically generated the URL links for it. Strangely, HubSpot isn't accepting these links. What makes it even trickier is that the ad is already up and running, leaving LinkedIn unable to make any edits to the URL. Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can provide insights on how to resolve this?
Thanks for the screenshot! It looks like you need to make those edits in LinkedIn following the prompts in that invalid URL message. Have you tried turning off the ad/campaign in LinkedIn to see if you can edit that way? If nothing else, you can likely reach out to LinkedIn Support.
Hey @ngocho110401, thanks for reaching out! I'm not sure I understand what you're asking — what are the links you're referring to? Do you have your LinkedIn Campaign Manager account integrated with HubSpot? Where are you trying to make edits to the URLs?
