Hi! I've a slightly unique problem when it comes to tracking the contacts being captured through LinkedIn ads.
I'm currently running ads for a client who wants to redirect them to a meeting link made on Hubspot (URL starts from "https://meetings.hubspot.com/"). I'm also targeting the ads to be sent only to those who are already on the contact list on Hubspot.
The UTMs are all set in place but whenever I try to filter out the contact list to see who may have booked the meeting through the ads (advanced filters > source fo last booking in meetings tool > add "linkedin"), it returns no value.
The ads already have 10 clicks. It is possible that no one has booked the meetings yet but just wanted to see if there's any other way for me to see who all are coming in through the ads in case they're booking through the ads.
I agree that it is possible that nobody has booked through the meetings yet. That said, have you tried to test the ad and book the meeting yourself? Often we can determine if the sources are translating to the Contact through a test. That way we can confirm if the Ad is working as intended. The utms would really be the only way that I am aware of to define the source of the meeting booking.
Let's see if some of our experts are aware of any workarounds. @karstenkoehler, @DSharma02 are you able to confirm my assumptions above or provide an alternative for troubleshooting here? 😊
Best, Kennedy
