Contacts generated through Google's lead form extension cannot be automatically synced to HubSpot, probably because the Google feature itself is still in beta. Syncing leads is currently only possible for Facebook Lead Ads and LinkedIn Lead Ads.
If you want to import the contacts from your Google lead forms in HubSpot, you'd have to import them manually.
You can manage Google Ads in HubSpot's ads tool, more information in the Knowledge Base article here.
Hope this helps!

You set up Google's lead form extension to send the data to a webhook. You provide that webhook to Zapier as a trigger and then have Zapier Create or update a contact based on the data received from the webhook.

Hi there, not sure if this is the right thread to follow up on this functionality, but I have been testing this (still beta stage it seems) functionality for Google Ads lead forms, and so far I noticed that lead forms which are set up at a campaign level do show up in our Hubspot portal as connected forms which are receiving leads from Google Ads. However, another form that is set up at account level is not showing up in Hubspot. Is there any way to check with Hubspot developers if this is a known limitation or how else to troubleshoot it?
As a workaround, we currently use Zapier to push submissions on this account level lead form to Hubspot, but by doing it this way, any contacts that are created are attributed to "offline sources / integration" rather than Paid Search so it would be preferable to make it work through the native lead sync integration.
Thanks for this update and I was not aware of this limitation - this is definitely something for the HubSpot product/tech team to respond to. So far in my experience the leads have been syncing fine and so it is good to know that we need to use the campaign level for it to work.
Well I am not sure if this is what has been making the difference in my Google Ads account but this is a pattern I saw so far - indeed what I would like the product/tech team to investigate on is if this observation is correct and give feedback on whether this only works with campaign-level lead forms or if account-level forms are expected to be working too.
Ok, Hubspot Support dug into this and confirmed to me that as of today, this lead sync only works with campaign-level lead forms on Google! Would love to see it being enabled for account-level lead forms in the future.
Quick question which I think relates to this thread. Our Google ads have always been attributed as 'paid search' in HubSpot but since we swapped out Google for LinkedIn (we can only have two ad accounts on the Starter package), we've noticed that Google paid leads are now attributed as direct - is this a limitation with Starter or do we need to make a change in our Google Ad account?
