I wanted to let you know that the issue has been resolved. The problem was with the field mapping in the lead forms. I had used the "Work Email" field instead of the standard "Email" field in the form setup. Since HubSpot relies on the "Email" field for syncing, it wasn’t able to detect the forms.
I initially thought that selecting "Work Email" would work, as HubSpot has this field available in its CRM. However, I now understand that it doesn’t align with the integration requirements. I’ve since updated the forms by replacing "Work Email" with the standard "Email" field, and everything is working as expected now.
Thank you again for your help and suggestions. If there’s anything else I should be aware of or if you have any additional tips for optimizing this integration, I’d be glad to hear them!

I reconnected the ads account last week before reaching out to support and then left it alone awaiting guidance. I didn't receive any reply from them, but checked this morning and all three Google Ad lead forms are correctly sync'd. Wish I had a step by step solution to provide, but there is none.
It's great to see that you have tried some of the troubleshooting steps already. To troubleshoot this further, having access to your account would be the best way to check this behavior.
I would then recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.
Thank you and have a great day!
Best, Bérangère

Thank you for your response and for sharing the troubleshooting resources. Unfortunately, I’ve already gone through those steps, but the issue persists.
Here’s a detailed breakdown of what I’ve done so far:
I’ve connected my Google Ads account successfully in HubSpot, and it shows as synced under the Ads settings.
I made sure that the Lead Gen Forms are associated at the campaign level, as required.
I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the Google Ads account in HubSpot multiple times to refresh the connection.
I’ve ensured that I have the required admin permissions both in HubSpot and Google Ads.
I’ve tested creating leads via the Google Ads Lead Gen Forms, and while the leads are detected by external tools (like a webhook I created), they don’t appear in HubSpot.
Despite all this, HubSpot still doesn’t detect any Google Lead Forms under the connected account, and the sync doesn’t work. This is particularly frustrating because I’ve seen this feature highlighted as a supported functionality, and I was hoping for a seamless integration.
I’ve also submitted a support request directly to the HubSpot team to address this issue. For a platform with HubSpot’s pricing and reputation, I really expected these issues to be resolved before rolling out new features like this. It’s disappointing to encounter roadblocks when trying to optimize lead generation workflows.
@whistlerSign , I noticed you’re experiencing a similar issue. Have you had any luck finding a resolution or heard back from support? It would be great to share insights if either of us finds a solution
No solution found yet, and haven't heard back from support. As soon as they or myself find a solution I will post it here for anyone else dealing with this issue.
Thank you for sharing your update and for committing to keep the community informed! I truly appreciate it.
I’m in the same situation and have tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to work. Here’s what I’ve attempted so far:
Reconnected the Google Ads account multiple times to HubSpot, ensuring I have admin access.
Verified that the lead forms are correctly linked at the campaign level, as per HubSpot's documentation.
Ensured that lead syncing is turned on in the Ads tool in HubSpot.
Attempted to manually test lead data using Google Ads' webhook integration. I created a private app and tested a webhook, but leads still didn’t sync to HubSpot.
I even explored middleware solutions like Zapier, but this is not viable long-term for us due to budgetary constraints.
Submitted a support ticket to HubSpot, but I’m still waiting for their response.
It’s frustrating because I expected this functionality to work seamlessly, especially for a platform as premium as HubSpot.
If you find a solution or hear back from support before I do, I’d greatly appreciate it if you could share your findings here! Likewise, I’ll post any updates I get from HubSpot.
Thanks again for raising this issue to the community!
